Made-to-Order Excellence
At Shantima, all garments are made-to-order, ensuring sustainability by reducing overproduction. Each piece is tailored to your preferences, guaranteeing a perfect fit and long-lasting wear.

Our collections include single designs and versatile capsule wardrobes featuring 3–7 pieces that mix and match seamlessly. Solve the eternal “What to Wear?” dilemma with thoughtful designs that suit every occasion.

Standard Adjustments. At no extra cost, we can:

- Modify the garment to accommodate non-standard bust, waist, or hip measurements. If any of your measurements (bust/waist/hips) fall outside the standard range, we can adjust the design to fit your unique figure at no additional cost.
- Adjust the garment for your height if it differs from our standard ranges. Women’s designs are constructed for heights between 164-170 cm, and men’s for 176-182 cm. If your height falls outside this range, simply provide your measurement and total height, and we will adjust the garment accordingly for free.
- We can also adjust the length of the garment/sleeves/slits, remove pockets, or make similar small changes free of charge to ensure maximum comfort for you.

This is why we encourage you to provide your exact measurements, even when ordering a standard size. If no additional information is provided, we will produce the garment based on the standard size/length. All our garments, including those with custom adjustments, are eligible for returns or exchanges, so feel confident sharing your measurements.

Additional Services

- For plus sizes exceeding our size chart, an extra 20% will be added to the item’s price.
- Custom design changes, such as adding pockets, adjusting necklines, or altering the type of sleeves, will also incur a 20% surcharge.

Fabric Options

- We can change the type of linen fabric (medium-weight or lightweight) used for most of our designs upon request. However, please contact us first to confirm availability and compatibility with the selected design.

How to Place an Order

Here’s a step-by-step guide to ordering custom-made linen clothing:

Step 1: Browse Our Collections

Explore our thoughtfully designed linen collections to find the perfect piece that suits your style and needs. Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail.

Step 2: Select Your Item and Size

Choose your desired item and refer to our size guide to select the size that works best for you. Our sizing chart covers a wide range of sizes, and we aim to accommodate as many body types as possible.

Step 3: Provide Your Measurements

If your measurements are non-standard, include your bust, waist, hips, and height in the notes section during checkout. This ensures the garment is tailored perfectly for you.

Larger Sizes: If your bust, waist, or hip measurements exceed the maximum size in our chart, we can create custom sizes at an additional cost of 20% of the item’s price.

Step 4: Request ArrangementModifications (Optional)

There are two options for modifications:

Free Modifications:
- Adjust the length of the garment, sleeves, or slits.
- Remove pockets or make other small changes to ensure maximum comfort.
- These adjustments can be requested at no extra cost and tailored to your preferences.
Paid Modifications:
- Add pockets to designs that don’t include them (where the design allows).
- Adjust the neckline, sleeve type, or other major design elements.
- These customizations incur an additional 20% charge on the item’s price.

Please provide detailed notes about your preferred changes during checkout. These modifications ensure your garment perfectly aligns with your style and needs.

Step 5: Checkout and Payment

Once you’ve added your items to the cart, proceed to checkout. Provide your contact information, shipping address, and preferred payment method. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.

If additional charges apply to your order, we will contact you via the email address you provided.

Step 6: Order Confirmation

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your Order ID. Keep this handy for tracking and future correspondence.
